Does stretch marks make a person unattractive?

I have hyperthyroidism/graves disease and it made gain over 50lbs😑😕 so naturally I got stretch marks. How exciting...
They're like a red color on my stomach😒😒😒😒😒 it's so annoying to remember my body before dealing with my stupid thyroid😑
It's definitely messed with my self esteem. Who likes to gain unwanted weight out of nowhere😒😒

Anyone knows anything that helps reduce the apperance of stretch marks?

I have hypothyroidism and dealt with similar rapid weight gain. Are you on proper medication now?

As for stretch marks and attraction, don't worry about it. I know that's easier said than done, but trust me when I tell you that dudes don't really care. I mean, it's not like it was your fault or something, and even if it was that wouldn't matter anyway.

Lose weight (not too rapidly), stay hydrated!, and get some moisturizer. You'll be just fine.

It'll be okay. Keep your chin up and keep going through the process. You'll eventually find a dosage and a medication that works.

I know it can be struggle, though. I have spent more time in the doctor's office the past 18 months than I'd care to admit. Some days I wake up feeling like I've been run over by a freight train. Out of nowhere. LOL

Anyway, take my word for it, you'll be just fine. :) Once your doctor figures out the meds, it's basically maintenance from there on out.

I've never thought they were unattractive. Oftentimes I think that females are harder on themselves than men are on them. What you don't realize is that despite the stretch marks and other slight imperfections, when there is a naked female in front of us we are going to be ecstatic either way.

I have them on my stomach too from babies, girl no man has ever complained. The red will fade pretty quickly to a little darker than your base skin color. The do make oils and stuff that are supposed to help, I have never used them though.

I have some and I don't care, they are not that obvious... And every girl I know has them somewhere at least. I'm telling you this and I can be quite self conscious

Ehh they don't bother me to much but I know a lot of people who have them see them as unattractive.
