I need more info about this type of exercise? Expert advice?

So its been three months since I stopped dancing because of my injury and now I've decided to do some home workout! It sounds like a lot of fun but still I have some questions since I'm new to this... I've been doing exercise like these: https://www.blogilates.com/blog/2013/05/20/clarity-for-you-inner-thighs/

and now I'm wondering if its okay if you take some breaks in between? I mean when this girl is doing them she doesn't stop at all and honestly sometimes I have a hard time keeping up.
Also is it okay if I repeat these exercises every day? Or are these not good enough?
I've been doing mostly workout from this blogilates site and it seems really nice, but I don't know if its the real deal if you know what I mean?
