No, don't take antidepressants. They'll fuck you up, and all they do is mask the real problem anyway. Usually all the problems you mention are linked to other conditions such as diabetes, low testosterone. Young men have much lower testosterone levels these days in comparison to men of previous generations, and by the sound of it you probably are low. Men with high testosterone have more energy, a higher sex drive, more confidence, more likely to take risks - men with low testosterone suffer with more fatigue, low libido, low confidence, low mood.

A lot of this has to do with your lifestyle, if you make changes you can get better naturally which is preferable to taking drugs, which is the easy option and not the most healthy.
Simple things that will help:
Join the gym and lift weights. Lifting heavy weights increases testosterone levels. Here's the best routine in my opinion for a beginner: https://stronglifts.com/5x5/
If you don't have access to a gym do calisthenics.
Sprint - sprinting raises your testosterone levels. Long distance running raises your cortisol (stress hormone) levels - when cortisol levels raise your testosterone levels lower and vice versa because they don't mix well - so don't bother with that.
Eat better food - cut out sugar, alcohol and avoid soya like the plague. Eat plenty of meat and green vegetables.
Get at least 8-10 hours of sleep a night.

I'm totally disabled and no longer work because of major depression. See a psychiatrist
I was clinically depressed from the age of 21-23. I had no motivation and no idea what I wanted to do with my life. I've just recently gone back to school and know what I want to do. It's alright not to have your life together yet. You're only 22. Take it one day at a time :)
Don't be afraid to talk to your doctor about it, because honestly he won't care that much. Depression is very common, but if it feels like it's becoming to much to handle than ask for help. I've been on antidepressants for a while now and i think they help a lot.
