Sweet potatoes! They're super healthy, super inexpensive, and very filling. I feel like I have a bottomless pit for a stomach sometimes and they always do the trick. I always bake a bunch of sweet potatoes at the beginning of the week, and just grab one when I feel like. Try it, it helped with me :).

Eating lots of high-fiber, low calorie foods such as vegetables like broccoli/brussel sprouts, grains like oats, beans/lentils/chick-peas (all of which are high in protein as well), and avocado are good things to eat that pack a lot of nutrition into pretty small portions, plus fiber/protein.
"I can't just eat a salad for lunch, unless it's a huge plate of salad" - can't stop laugh.
