I want a way to tone up at home and I need some way to get a good cardio workout in. My problem is that I can't go to the gym, I can't really make a whole lot of noise ( like jumping, running in place) because I hate when other people know that I'm exercising. I think I'm going to start doing more simple things like standing instead of sitting, moving around, fidgeting etc. Any idea on how I can get some cardio in?
Dancing. The other people in the house will think you're just listening to music. Just make sure to close your door :P

less time between reps if your doing crunches as it can become a hybrid muscle/cardio work out.
Grab a kettlebell and start swinging and doing cleans and snatches and presses
