Maybe the wrist or shoulder. Actually a shoulder impingement would be a good one since gymnasts usually need a lot of shoulder strength and mobility. If you look up 'swimmer's shoulder' you can use the technical medical language like the inflation of the subacromial bursa which impinges shoulder rotation at 15 degrees. And maybe add more medical problems like a muscle tear or torn tendon.
By having an injury like this she won't be able to do handstands or anything which puts pressure on her shoulder or elevates her shoulder to a certain degree of rotation.

Ligament damage to the Knee or shoulder. Especially when young as they never heal back you full strength. I the child is still growing then it can be even worse as it grows damaged. They heal to the point there fine to use normally but at top flight sports level they will not be able to maintain the strain.

im a gymnast for since i was 6 and i do competitions too and I've seen a person dislocate there knee from bars pretty badly another one was a little girl who probably was in gymnastics for about a couple years broke her wrist and at a young age that can be bad too also back injurys or just something really scary happening like a couple of my friends have had concussions from bars
One girl fell on the balance beam and got a concussion and a broken wrist when she hit the floor.

Someone could come in while she's in the middle of performing with a chainsaw and chop her arms and legs off, and she could go swimming and change her name to "Bob".
