Is it a good idea to go vegan?

Here are some of my problems
-I get tired easily
-My skin only does well when I keep up on using facial products and still isn't at its 100% best
- I PMS
-I have depression, anxiety and other stress related things.

I read some facts from this site and it talked about how going vegan can help with these problems and increased your health and life longetivity especially if you have been on an American diet. The only problem is that I love steak.

The information you guys are giving me is a bit confusing. Can't you just take supplements or eat certain artificial foods to get the proteins you need from meat?
Is it a good idea to go vegan?
