If you feel fit and well and you are eating a healthy diet it may be something simple like lack of vitamin 'c'. As we get older our skin starts to become thinner i. e. We start to lose our layers of protective fat and or the structural protein called collagen. Which is why people can bruise easily without realising they have done it. This is just information i read about a while ago, but if you still feel unsure go and have a chat with your doctor, I'm sure he/she could always carry out tests. This is what google says is the reason. :D Apparently having a higher body fat content makes people bruise easily. Which explains why women tend to bruise more than men. Since we naturally need more body fat for our bodies to function.

My sister used to bruise easily and it was due to low platelets in her blood. She was referred to a haematologist . It is worth having a blood test , just to rule it out. One of the symptoms of low platelets is bruising easily

There are several possibilities ranging from its nothing to very serious. That said, it's probably nothing. Some people's connective tissue is less robust than others. Just the way it is. You *might* have a mild vitamin c deficiency, but that's rare nowadays. Get a check up.
It could be an iron deficiency. I bruise very easily too. My legs are covered in bruises from deadlifts. I tend to have low iron and im pretty sure that's the reason.
I think you have a sensitive skin and it must be soft as well.
Maybe you have an iron deficientcy? You really have to see your doctor to find out for sure though.
Same it's cause your pale i think. I'm really pale and i have the same problem...
My sister does, she usually has at least 5 bruises on her legs all the time. Part of her issue is she's a klutz though!
This could be a sign of anaemia, I reccomend seeing your GP
Thin blood does that like if you take aspirin or have low blood sugar or iron deficiency

Only a Dr. can tell why you bruise easily, but it could be due to thin blood, or a deficiency in you blood like iron or platelets. Are you eating your vegetables?
If you take any sort of blood thinner or even Aspirin daily. It will cause you to bruise easily
