Hit the jacuzzi or take a hot bath for temporary comfort. But the biggest thing is just getting over that workout hump and allowing time for your body to adapt & get stronger. Stick with a consistent workout schedule and you'll probably be surprised how quickly it can go from that annoyingly painful burn to more of a comfortable rewarding burn that your body bounces right back from in a day or two.

Using those rubber rolling cilinders helps a lot to remove lactic acid (although it hurts). Doing some cardio (low intensity) afterwards helps too, since it pumps away the lactic acid. And maybe slowly build up. Don't go for 100 kg in the first series. Start lower and go higher and at the end go lower again.
Lighten up somewhat. Also a hot bath helps and also warm up real good before working out.
