Can you give me advice for losing my first 50-100Lbs, please?

Get a calorie tracking app like MyFitnessPal and an activity band like a FitBit or Vivosmart.
Use the app to track your food intake, EVERYTHING right down to the dollop of ketchup. Also keep track of your nutrition, making sure you're getting enough - especially protein. Don't starve yourself, but a calorific deficit (through eating less and exercise) is the key here.
Do low impact cardio to start with, like ellipticals or cycling. Jogging or similar will be potentially damaging to your joints if you are that heavy. It will be hard as hell to start with but you will find that your power and endurance will increase, and you will eventually start to notice a physical difference.
Doing weight training is important too, since more muscles burn energy and you can't do cardio forever without getting bored.
Oh wow! Thank you for your input sir 😊
Read this it's a massive read but you get all the information you need and from a pro

I'll read it as soon as i get out of work, seems worth reading
Dude it seriously is helped me a shit ton it gives you the basic knowledge of everything dietary and it also gives you what you need to look up so that you can create your own meal plans and calculate all the macros and calories on your own also has some great lifting programmes for beginners, (do 3 cardio and 3 lifting sessions every week if you can). I created my own meal and workout plan and I feel a lot better.
I might check this out too. Thanks for the share @Josht13
Cardio and a clean diet will definitely do u justice!!!
U can do some weight training of u want, too... if ur up for it. U do burn a lot of calories... but it can also make u look a little bit bulkier, increase ur appetite. And make u so sore u wanna take more time off than u should.
I would start with the cardio and clean up ir diet for a couple weeks to a month, then start with LIGHY weight training...
Good luck!!! :)
Thanks! ^-^
Id say do two a day workouts 2 hours each. Do cardio the first two hours and weight lifting the last two. But im not a trainor or professional but this is just what I've seen work.
@Josht13 it really not hard. Its mind over matter. Once your body gets used to it you'll be fine.
@Josht13 i did that for 4 years im fine
Might do that next month as soon as my body adapts
Oh yea
My bad i never said work up to that.
That's pretty extreme. I exercise, and my trainer does that. He sounds like he needs to build up to 4 hours...

Get a job that makes you move and lift things. In just 2 months, I went from wearing a size 3X to an XL. I can almost fit in a large.
I work as a courtesy clerk, 45 hours a week.
I also work as a cashier 20 hours a week.
There's your problem. I work at a convenient store. I stock the cooler, clean the parking lot and if I'm not doing that, I'm cleaning the store. I'm always on my feet and I work from shift start to shift end.
So you're like 250 lbs lol omgeee
Do some cardio like yah
I wish, lmao
Oh so like 300 lbs.
Eat a lot less it would make a huge diff
Right now, just focus on eating less--a LOT less. Track your calories with Livestrong's Myplate tool.
Good luck, man.
go to the gym buy a scale and eat clean!!! you will be suprised how fast you will lose. and also you need determination!!!
Lots of it! Discipline and determination
Ever heard of Endo/Exo/Meso morphic builds?
Yes I have
I don't know much about them though
It's about what type of metabolism you have.
Ectomorphs burn fat super easy and have trouble gaining muscle
Endomorphs build muscle super easy and have trouble losing fat
Mesomorphs are in between
They say endomorphs need lots of cardio and ectos need lots of heavy weight lifting.
I'm more meso/endomorphic, so I'm going to have to do cardio to get the results I want. A girl in my class is an ecto. She is tiny, but wants a 6 pack. She will have to keep weight training for that to happen.
Personally, I like running, but my crossfit friends like rowing better. They hate running, and rowing works the whole body.
Hey, why don't you PM me? We could talk about work-out goals :) I'm supposed to work out this evening, and was gonna skip... but you inspired me LOL
