Girls, Can I say I get irregular periods if my periods only last 2 days?

I have a doctors appointment next month and I have to get established by filling out a health questionnaire. One of my questions is if I get irregular periods. My periods last 2-3 days but it's a lot closer to 2 days. This has always happened with my periods, it's nothing new. Also they come on whatever day, the days I get my period are nowhere near consistent with each other.

On the first day of my period, I am in so much pain that I am basically bedridden and a ton of blood. By the second day, I can get up and move around and basically no pain, but I get the same amount of blood on the second day, that I got on the first day. On the third day, there is a sudden drop in the amount of blood I get. Sometimes I don't need a tampon. I still use one because there have been a few times that I got blood.

If your period is not within a regular time frame of a few days apart then you have irregular periods. This is something you want to discuss with your Dr and make sure they take it seriously. Mine just told me for years that some women have irregular periods. Then I went to another doctor due to an insurance change and I have a rather severe cases of PCOS that should have been diagnosed long before.
