The only way you would is if you act slutty when you're wearing your skinnies and cute tops. Which you probably aren't. So you have nothing to worry about.
You dress however you damn well please. Your friend is wrong.
There are always tools out there who will hit on you and make remarks regardless of what you're wearing. But on the same token, thankfully, there are nice guys out there who will notice you and like you just as you are.
So no, your style is not a turn-off for nice guys.

well I don't know how skinny jeans can look slutty but maybe if you had a "cute cleavage shirt" but showed too much cleavage then it could be too sexy. I won't say that's slutty, unless your amish or something! but yeah I do thing your friends have a point, guys like that usually gravitate for girls who are bit more covered up and don't try to look sexy. try to go for more modest and conservative looks and see if that changes anything.
I don't think you should worry. Maybe be careful about how much cleavage you show on a regular basis because that might very well attract a lot of attention from guys you don't necessarily want, but skinny jeans are normal. those guys don't know what the f*** they are talking about.

The "wrong guys" will only be attracted to your looks but nice guys will be attracted to you. As a nice guy I'm just as attracted to a girl if her style is edgy as if it's conservative. My only concerns are:
1) I might be more intimidated by a girl wearing edgier clothing and be more afraid to approach her.
2) Wearing edgier clothing will get you a bit more attention from nice guys, but way more attention from "wrong guys."

It sure is a turn off .. to look attractive to nice guys .. you need not to show ur body or cleavage .. but you should be decent with ur clothing and look NORMAL .. because mostly .. what things like cleavage and tight jeans do is they attract BAD guys who feel aroused so soon with that.
So try changing ur style a bit and see how positive it is for you :)

What you wear sounds great. As long as you don't dress like the way Christina Aguilera dressed in the music video dirty and dress more like Ashley Tisdale then you will attract the "nice" guys.
