You won't be able to do this for much longer, trust me. Once you reach your mid thirties, you will find it costs you too much. I hate getting older. 😦
The simple answer is, basically, "WAKE UP at the same time every day." This means even if you have a late night out... grit yr teeth, set that alarm for three or four hours' sleep, and suck it up.
If you are 99.95 percent of people, this will get the job done. It sucks -- and it's ALWAYS going to suck -- but it's really the only solution available to you.

If you are in that 0.05 percent, then...
* Try "going all the way around the clock" ... in other words, pull an all-nighter and stay awake until the *desired* sleep time the FOLLOWING night. Then, once you're there... same thing about "wake up at the same time every day".
* If THAT still doesn't work, pm me for some more drastic solutions.

I have no clue let me know when you find the answer.. Lmao! :-P
wakeup early by an hour each day and your sleeping time will be adjusted automatically
You have get up even earlier the next few mornings so you are tired enough to sleep earlier, just like when people are just for jet lag
Wake up earlier... then you'll be tired earlier the following night...
Sometimes I go to sleep at 10, sometimes at 12am, but I'm always up by 6-7 am.
You can try doing more work during the day so you get tired sooner and go to sleep earlier
Definitely eliminate naps, sleeping pills help and doing relaxing/boring things before bedtime really work
break your habit... the earlier you force yourself up the more tired you'll be hence you'll sleep earlier too
I don't know Lmao I always go to bed and wake up at different times.
Stay up until the next evening and go to sleep at around 7-8pm. Wake up at 7 am. Profit.

@JuicyBrain Not necessary to do this often.
Same hours (or worse here. But the world is so calm after midnight that one becomes addicted to silence.
