I feel like that all the time.
I try to change the way I'm thinking and it's beginning to work. I think about my positive features, and if I start thinking negatively I set myself a plan on how to change what's negative about me so that I know that that's not an issue anymore. I had acne, so I healed it (took about two years, but o followed my plan).
Basically set yourself achievable targets and be proud when you manage them. Whether that be working on your confidence or your looks or getting friends.
You are an amazing person, and everyone has faults, and everyone is perfect in their own way. You are the best you, and that's all that matters. Never compare to anyone else.
Best wishes, and I hope you can see that you are amazing, because I can and I don't even know you!!!

Confidence is not a line, it's a spiral. If you start losing confidence, you'll constantly keep losing more. If you do gain confidence, you'll constantly keep gaining more.
Realize that people who say "confidence is everything" are heavily mistaken. Some of this confidence is extremely empty and has nothing to back it up, it's just a false image being put forth. So, don't feel a certain way towards confident people. For all I know, you can be much greater than them.

I used to be kinda like that but then I got rid of the shitty people in my life and my confidence shot up, my confidence could be better but it's much better.
Find something you're good at doing. I'm a lot like you but if you can find something you're better at than most people it can build a basis for confidence
