Anyone experienced in weight loss or exercise training?

I am not obese but I am 32 years old and getting a little ''chunky''. I am 5'3 and weigh exactly 165 lbs. I have started a routine and been doing it for a week now. My question is will it work? Is it efficient amount and tactic? What I do is peddle on a exercise bike for 15 Min's, I lift a 10lb weight using both hands 15 times not actually lifting but like curling it for my arms then I do 20 sit ups plan on moving up time limit and speeds when I get use to how I am doing it now. I have also been taking a one a day active metabolism vitamin and eating a lot of tuna and watching my eating habit.
Anyone experienced in weight loss or exercise training?
