If you want to loose weight that is not enough working out. You need to up the cardio to about 45 to an hour at least 5 times a week if not all 7 days. They say to do 30 min 5 x a week just to maintain your weight so if you want to loose you are really going to have to step it up. Keep the weight lifting going the more muscle you build the leaner you will look. When I finally lost all the weight I wanted to I found that it was calorie counting that made the biggest difference. I worked my way down to about 1500 calories a day but figure out how many you eat now and then decrease it by about 200 calories for a week and keep subtracting more each week until you get to about 1500 if you are worried about feeling hungry that way you won't binge eat. Good luck.

working out and eating healthy will definitely change your body. The main things are weightlifting regularly and eating frequent small meals of proteins with complex carbs. You can google all the fitness models and they all do essentially these same things. As time passes, you can add more strength exercises and that's what will really tone you, along with a healthy diet. Don't count calories or weigh yourself, focus on what your body looks like and how your clothes fit. It's possible to completely transform your body in about a year so keep up the good work.
