How do you stay motivated to excercise?

Well, I believe in exercising through something you think is fun. Whenever I go to the gym, I don't follow a strict regimen, I just have a general idea of what body parts I'm able to work out that specific day, and I do whatever I feel like to get the job done.
But as a guy, I genuinely like exercising and lifting very heavy things. I don't know what would motivate you. But my tip would be just that, find some way to exercise that you think is fun, or set quantifiable goals that you try to reach. Instead of "get more toned", tell yourself that you want to shave one minute off your two mile run, or a full second off your 60 m dash, and you try to do that as quickly as possible.
Put some fun into it.

Yeah. When I work out and pick 'random' exercises based on a vague idea of what parts of my body I want to work out, I always do so with a goal in mind. Like I have a shoulder day, I have a myriad of exercises to pick from, but my end goal is still reaching a standing press of 100 kg, so any exercise I pick goes towards that.
First of all, find someone you think looks really good, and just say to yourself "Damn, I wanna look like her" Then, get out and make it happen. If you start losing your motivation, look for more women you want to look like- it'll help you keep your goal in mind.
You're going to screw up at one point or another- maybe you went a week without exercising, ate several slices of cake in one day, or something like that. Don't get down and feel like you've failed- resolve to fix your mistake with an extra hard workout.
Personally, my motivation is the after-workout glow. After an intense session of weight lifting, you just feel like you're on top of the world. And it's glorious up there.
well I don't really think of anything at all when working out.. I just have some pretty awesome songs I listen to. my personal fav is stronger by kanye west. I just have fun and I actually want to work out. revenge also helps sometimes XD so think of proving someone wrong... have fun!
O keep myself motivated by:
-Setting a goal(I'm competitive with myself lol)
-Thinspiration(helps remind me of my goal)
-I keep thinking of prom.I have to go to this years and I keep thinking "no rolls,no flab,no jiggle"

I flirt with the cute women in the gym, as much as they'll let me, and this definitely keeps me motivated to work out and look good!
