watch your diet cut down on portion sizes. it'll come off just takes time. eat more protein and less carbs but don't cut carbs out altogether. and eat much less sugar. get rid of the sugar drinks ie soda fruit juice cookies chips crackers cereals etc
Yeah your mobility is limited right now, but as you get lighter through diet you can begin walking treadmill etc. In the meantime you can do in place weights. by the way, if you have money there are some really great resident fat farms in the US. Girl like you could pull 6 to 8 pounds a week at least. Your youthful metabolism really helps.

Drink a lot of water before all of your meals. You will feel full quicker and eat less
Healthy diet and regular exercise. It may seem daunting at first but if you are self-disciplined and put in the work you will soon see results.

Exercise every day or at least every other day for 15 minutes, drink more water, and try to eat healthier.

Eat healthy and more exercise. But if you have many fat, you should eat healthy first.
