I eat what I want in moderation I’m not going on a crazy diet. Throw in simple exercise and you’ll be alright. I never eat healthy on my birthday I want all the cake and alcohol good luck!

I done all diet think other way.
A lot of gym and sports (a lot of cardio) like nearly every day and eat what you want diet.
By exercise I mean go and do 110%, not just half do it or 'bench warming exercise'.
Take yourself to a happy place and do the thing you like to do the most. Start off with rewarding yourself once a week. You have to treat yourself also
i workout waking up eat watery oatmeal to fill up at lunch i have fruits n veggies maybe some chicken and at night i walk a lot i usually gain weight when i pig out

as soon as i wake up its yawn workout its not much since i walk 1hour to work after waking up
