Ummmm, if disagree there. I never went to a gym and didn't do any physical activity for 3 years, yet by my second attempt at the bench press I was already benching more than girls I know who have worked out for years.
Lower body wise they might be able to get relatively close, but women on average have 25% less upper body strength.
If your logic was correct they wouldn't need separate leagues for professional athletes.
Not sure what question you asked in your rambling responses so far. If it’s the gendered sports one, I’d say the real reason is sexism dating back to when the sport was started. Now they’re just afraid of a man tackling a woman and then accidentally touching a breast. But i think the Billie Jean King vs Bobby Riggs match proves women can compete.
Sorry I ment my 25% less upper body strength point.
And as far as your anecdotal evidence goes that is one example of a guy who didn't even really train for the match because he thought it was easy and there is speculation that he through the match to pay off his 100, 000 dollar gambling debt.
They have mixed double tennis matches and the women struggle to even return a serve from a guy and can't hit the ball nearly as hard. Women just can't match the strength of a guy.
If you look at the averages on strengthlevel online, you'll notice, that even within the same weight class men outperform women. Male muscles are simply more efficient. Not just larger.

Stronger than the average guy? Of course.
Stronger than strong guys? Of course not.
Sure. Women are only moderately less stronger. Society has made physical activity more a man’s job. Anatomically, it’s of course possible.

@nathanp97 so you’re anecdotal experience should be taken as scientific?
I didn't write that much, but I guess that was to much for you. Well that or you don't understand what an anecdotal means😂.
Your response was stupid. Please try again.
I think you meant “what an anecdote means”. Don’t tell someone they’re stupid if you use the wrong usage of a word in the same post.
😂wow, jokes dont translate well on here. Does your lack of a response mean you know agree?
@nathanp97 Ahh, did blaming mistakes on jokes work in school before you dropped out?
😂did dodging questions work for you?

If there girl good to the gym regularly, and the guy does nothing but eat and become fat, even then she will be the strongest.
I'm sure it is possible, given ambition, will, and drive to do so.
Only in weirdly masculine power fantasy's of women.
Yeah, there's little guys that cannot get very strong. But in general, no.
Yes it is. The human body is an AMAZING thing. 🌸
probably if she is not very short and has enough mass

Absolutely. An individual woman can be stronger than an individual man. Not all people are the same.
Ofcourse we only need to work harder
No, it's not possible.
yes there are many female body builders.
Maybe in the lower body.
its possible (in theory) but unlikely
I doubt it, but I would love to see it happen.

Search Natalya Kuznetsova
She's a bodybuilder, not a strength athlete. It's also impossible to get to that size without a shit-ton of steroids.
She is a powerlifter
Oh, I thought she was just a bodybuilder. Still, she takes a shit-ton of steroids.
That's a good question
Where do you draw the line of strong guy?
Than the average guy yeah. Put in the work.
