so at this moment I am loosing weight since I gained in college. I'm a jr now and the weight is common off very well ;-) now my issue. in high school I was my skinniest at 135. I am big boned and at 150 my rib cag sticked out and my hip bone could be seen. since this is the case and seeing bones is not cute I have 2 questions. what is a good weight for MY BODY. as you see if I was 125 I would look sick. and when I was 135 I was not solid at all I have never had a body that was hard and I lefted weights.. what to do to make it happen?
Its a common misconception but if women lift weights, their bodies act MUCH differently to men's. You put on lean, compacted muscle with little bulk while burning fat.
Anyway for a (rough) 'healthy' weight consult this - link
Although to be honest, a healthy weight really depends on the person. Sometimes, weight is not an indication of health either. Take body builders for example, they are at the peak of human fitness, but class as overweight.
So basically, just find a weight where you like your body image.
