Kirstie Alley's weight loss on Dancing With The Stars inspiring me?

I want to try a new way to lose weight, and now I'm thinking dance classes should be added to my routine of diet and exercise? Right now I'm walking daily, cutting carbs and fat, not drinking any soda (only water), and taking the stairs at work every day.

Any dancers out there than can testify that this might be a great way to lose a few more inches?
