Giving vegan living a try for a month, advice or help?

I've decided to give Vegan living a try for exactly one month to see how it affects my overall health. The problem is that, after going over a lot of Vegan foods/recipes, everything seems to be ridiculously low calorie/fat/protein, and I have pretty high nutritional fat/calorie/protein requirements considering my fitness goals. Basically, I need to be eating roughly 2300 calories a day, approx. 80g fat, and 180g protein and I can't find any combination of Vegan foods that will meet my nutritional requirements considering my fitness goals without eating an impossibly large amount of food. Any assistance would be appreciated!
