Well I'm vegan and I've been this way for 3-4 years and pescetarian before that. I'm trying to lose weight actually. I'm a very rare breed of fat vegan. Lol I eat way too many carbs but I know some stuff even though I'm only just starting to apply it. I'm vegan ethically though, and that leads to my next question. Why are you doing it? I find that if you have a reason you feel strongly about it helps You stay the course or bounce back strongly if you slip up. Are you just doing the food or are you trying to actually have the lifestyle? There's a huge difference and I'm trying to understand what your goal is. Being vegan even just with food is no easy task. Its probably the most environmentally sound thing you can do if you play your cards well and it can be very healthy but its not like being vegetarian (much easier) and can be harder if you live in certain places. Where do you live btw? What town or city? I'm on my phone right now but I'm on my way home soon so I can post resources when I get to a computer. :)

Aren't vegans the ones who won't eat anything that has anything to do with animals? Like um... the milk we're made to drink when we're babies, just like all the animals do? Personally, friend, I don't think going vegan is sustainable while trying to meet fitness goals, unless as you said you eat a LOT of it... We have sharp teeth for a reason, meat.
Good for you man. I wish I had that kind of willpower.
