Hi, so I got blood drawn a few days ago I got the results today and found out I have an underactive thyroid and I'm pre diabetic. Do you think I could reverse the pre diabetic by losing weight? I wanna at least lose 130 pounds because I'm morbidly obese. But do you think it could be reversible? I'm only 24.

Well we're not health professionals but I think if you do lose weight it will help you in so many aspects of your life. You can do this. Just think in one year your whole life can change if you work towards this goal. 💕10

Absolutely, you can and some say that you might be able to reverse the interactive thyroid as well since that is affected by weight too. Just make little changes to diet amp up exercise. Don't drink your calories. Ask your doctor to refer a registered dietitian for some pointers. Best wishes.
