Motivation only gets you started.
Dicipline gets you over the hard part.
Until it becomes it's own reward as you get stronger, feeling empowered. 🙂
When I didn't like what I looked like, it motivated me. Lol
I hike and do long walks when I can, but ill never go to a gym or "bulk up" because that's pointless and cringe to me lol
If it makes her happy, then I guess I can do it.
But only if she actually really wants me to. I have no real reason to do it for myself since I don't have a ton of self-motivation.

The way I get motivated is by having someone to go with cause then if I couldn't make it I would feel bad

I go to a class with others it helps me that and seeing a fat person struggle to lose weight. Bad enough I'm a giant and to be fat.
