My workout is my job. I go up and down stairs and ladders all day. I must walk like 5 miles a day. I lift heavy stuff a lot. I do the military crawl in attics and crawl spaces. I don't need no excersize equipment
Eating one meal a day like a salad and exercising everyday just running, never missing a day. I lost 64 lbs. so I went from 187 to 123. It was unhealthy but it worked and I’d do it again.
Shit one meal a day? Is this a form of fasting or just part of being vegan? And wow i love that you never missed a day. I’d love to get back to like 130. Buti know i can't do the one meal a day part lmao. My tits dont wanna let me run lol. But i definitely need to get back on the track even if just walking. And yea my issue is skipping aday. I dont do anything on Fri-Sun
It was a fasting thing. Monday - Fast Tuesday - Fast Wednesday - Salad Thursday - Salad Friday - Juice and salad Sat - Sun - Salad and maybe some crackers.
Greens work too but no bacon or meat at all. And a lot of small things have a lot calories that you don’t realize so cut the carbs out and I know some people say carbs are good but they add up.
@Uptowngirl88 well now I eat whatever but I’m a vegetarian. Back then I wouldn’t have breakfast or lunch and I would only eat at a certain time like 7:00 at night. My body went into ketosis and I started dropping weight. It’s a strict diet but the hunger goes away and you become more motivated after seeing the numbers go down on a scale. I weighed myself everyday.
For two weeks i ate nothing but fruit, baked meats and lots of water. I lost a lot in a short time. But shit i get tired of eating the same thing haha. So i’ll see what i do next
@Pink2000 I tried it lost 5lbs in two days. Girl you gotta try it @dizzydessii secret is eat a large meal during the day you won't be hungry. Then hit the gym to burn it off
@Uptowngirl88 I have gained weight because I stopped the diet. I recently started it again and lost 13 lbs in 3 weeks. I’m not as extreme as I was at all so it’s taking me longer. That’s why you have to reward yourself on the weekends and I promise when you see those numbers drop, that’ll be all the motivation you need to stick to it.
@Uptowngirl88 just some. My mom thought I’d gain it all back or twice as much since I lost it so fast but I didn’t and the weight I did gain back is sitting in the right places
Definitely liquid fasting, where you eat soup, ramen, and drink broth, juice, coffee, water... etc. i lost 30 lbs doing it for several months and was able to fit into a size 36... but damn my cheat days and damn tasty ice cream.
Only if you stop with the routine. One of the guys that played football with me is 4 years older than me, but still looks the same, because he didn't change his routine.
Yep and thats what sucks. I let someone talk me into stopping and its so hard to get that morivation back. But when i see people like Ashanti doing her workouts, it motivates me to move again
Yes. He says they need someone that can play defense and offense. And that I was the first person that came to mind. I'd have to up my stamina of course.
My workout has always been some combination of biking, running, martial arts and yoga. When I was running big distance it was probably the best I've ever looked.
High-intensity interval training three or four days a week, endurance cardio or weights on alternate days, combined with cutting back on carbs and cheesy foods works best for me.
Hard work and dedication. Simple as that. Nothing outside of yourself will make you smarter, stronger, wiser, more attractive, or richer. It comes from within yourself.
Body is not the dream; dream is delicious foods ahahahah kidding but i think health is most important and my opinion as a MD our body didn’t created for very muscular or very fat or very thin so i recommend ideal height mass index

Come work for me, I'll get you in shape. You can do all the stuff I won't be doing since I'll be watching you. Lol
Thought i had a new job until that last line lmao
I'm only kidding. I'm a working boss. I can't stand around doing nothing.

How long did it take you to lose weight?
Damn. I’d consider but its gotta be something that ain't salad lol. Closest thing i eat to salad or lettuce is fresh collards. Would that work?
@Uptowngirl88 about 4/5 months
Greens work too but no bacon or meat at all. And a lot of small things have a lot calories that you don’t realize so cut the carbs out and I know some people say carbs are good but they add up.
Cut carbs!!! He'll nawl🤣🤣 I love bread omg. 🍞 but I know I really need to cut the carbs though so what do you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?
@Uptowngirl88 well now I eat whatever but I’m a vegetarian. Back then I wouldn’t have breakfast or lunch and I would only eat at a certain time like 7:00 at night. Wow, girl kudos to you cause that's tough. I love meats but more so seafood meats. I'm looking into keto diet
Damn it sounds hard but motivating
@Uptowngirl88 Thankyou !
For sure but you could do it twice a week and work your way up to 5 days a week. After 2 days you’ll start losing water weight anyways.
For two weeks i ate nothing but fruit, baked meats and lots of water. I lost a lot in a short time. But shit i get tired of eating the same thing haha. So i’ll see what i do next

@Uptowngirl88 that’s amazing !
@Pink2000 I'm scared though 🤣. I'm afraid imma get real hungry one day eat like crazy and gain it back. How are you maintaining your wei
@Uptowngirl88 I have gained weight because I stopped the diet. I recently started it again and lost 13 lbs in 3 weeks. I’m not as extreme as I was at all so it’s taking me longer. @Pink2000 did u gain it all back or just some?
@Uptowngirl88 just some. My mom thought I’d gain it all back or twice as much since I lost it so fast but I didn’t and the weight I did gain back is sitting in the right places
A vegetarian diet Aerobic and Anaerobic exercises 6days a week and plenty of sex lol if what got me this type of body
Is that your bare booty in the pic lmao
Yes Desi. its yours truly 😑😑
Please dont remind me
Definitely liquid fasting, where you eat soup, ramen, and drink broth, juice, coffee, water... etc. i lost 30 lbs doing it for several months and was able to fit into a size 36... but damn my cheat days and damn tasty ice cream.
So do we just pee out the liquid? Cause liquid usually bloats me
My dream body was lost years ago. I just try to eat reasonably healthy foods and stay active.
Its all good :)
When I played football/soccer. I didn't do any special exercises. Just went to every practice. I ate anything I wanted.
Yep i miss those fast metabolism days. I think they stop around 24+ lol
Yeah, motivation is key. The manager for the local club is trying to motivate me to come back, and play for them.
Wow to play soccer?
Yes. He says they need someone that can play defense and offense. And that I was the first person that came to mind. I'd have to up my stamina of course.
Damn well i hope you get it but like how long do they expect you to play for
As long as I can lol. 😂😂😂 I don't know really.
I mean like are they expecting you to go long term like Ronaldo and Messi
Probably. I think they plan on me being there for at least 5 years. 😂
Welp i just died a little bit on the inside 💀 but if you get it, im happy for you
I haven't accepted it yet. Besides, it's semiprofessional, so...
I know how much you love the sport though
Free weights, general healthy eating and nutrition and martial arts.
What exactly is “free” weights
Free weights refer to basically dumbells and barbells.
Okay just wanted to make sure haha
Mhmm np.
Cardio. I run ~20 miles a week. I also eat healthy. No sweet stuff, just protein, vegetables and carbs when I need to refuel.
I also lift a lot, but that's a new experiment
20 miles… hot damn
hahaha it's only 3 runs a week. 7 miles each. Not too bad
I currently only been doing some basic cardio but I been thinking of hitting the weight again.
Yea you just take it a step at a time
eat whatever tf i want lol, 100 sit ups 15x4 pushups, 5x3 pullups, 100 squats, thats what I do pretty much everyday and have done for a month
Damn that is amazing!! I like situps but all the others are hard af 🤣
Haha tell me about it I work as hard as I can
I box 2 nights a week too lol
Dang. Be my trainer already 🤣
Haha no problem lol

I eat organic food and stay away from artificial sugar junk. Drink water.
I've been lifting weights almost everyday for over 10yrs consistently. I run daily every morning around 2 miles.
Hard work and dedication. Simple as that. Nothing outside of yourself will make you smarter, stronger, wiser, more attractive, or richer. It comes from within yourself.
Pullups and parkour and calorie counting. Plus a poopton of discipline.
Daaaamn parkour
Any type of boxing equipment. Because that’s my first form of fighting I learned. Lol
Yea im considering that
By taking Go-lo with working out by playing Wii Bowling and doing sit-ups and sometimes I do my work-outs in the nude. 💞
For me, it is peace of mind. My body loves when it is juiced up with peace.
