first of all, you need to ask your doctor how much you should weigh and then make that your target and post little sticky notes with that goal weight on your refridgerator or snack cabinets, it really does help to stay motivated
second, clear out the unhealthy foods in your kitchen. you don't have to be wasteful and throw it all out but rather give it away to friends or donate it to local shelters, I'm sure they would appreciate it
to stay on track make sure to check the nutrition labels on foods when you go grocery shopping. if you like a particular type of food try to find the diet version and so that way you can treat yourself after a long day's workout. if you aren't really into healthy food I suggest picking up a few new healthy snacks that you have never tried before and making it a point to taste a new food everyday so that you can get a more balanced diet and who knows? you could turn out liking it more than some of your more usual snack-foods
if you have a problem with the excersise aspesct of weight loss then try to enlist a friend to go jogging with you or plan gym days where you work out for about 45-60 minutes a day. aftwards you can bond over a manicure or mini-shopping trip to boost your confidence
my special little trick is chewing a lot of gum, sometimes people just eat because theyr bored or nervous, but chewing gum takes your mind off of eating

For me the key was establishing a pattern and then not breaking it. I'd eat lite meals on days I didn't work out, and allow myself heavier meals or treats only on days that I did. I worked out every other day, whether I was tired or feeling lousy or whatever. I just refused to let myself fail. I was tired of feeling heavy and drilled it into my head that if I slacked off, that's exactly what I was going to be.

well I can only say that if there is no motivation its hard to get anywhere in life.
but the way I did it was going into a vegetable/fruit diet. it was soo easy because with exercising I lost weight really fast and I stayed healthy because I was getting all my nutrients.i have lost weight and I did it with drinking lots of water, exercising like running and just posting pics of celebrities I find are attractive/ skinny. you can do it! it took me 2 months and I lost 20 pounds. just make sure you're deligent and do it everyday. good luck
Always be consistent. even on days where you don't feel like doing anything, at least walk for 30 minutes or eat healthily.
