I woke up early today and had stomach pain after consuming water which made me realize I was very dehydrated and a fitness trainer told me a dehydrated person cannot burn fat.
He is right, water has been consider as the first medicine to fight any disease you can think of. when you want to burn fat, get up in the morning and drink a litre of water, work for an hour eats fruit then eat at 1 then get active so you dont have time to think of sleeping or been lazy

If you are not use to drinking water right after we wake up, and we drink more water then it gives stomach ache. It's normal
It could also be diabetes, but ask your doctor if your body craves water all the time,
I think you should talk to your doctor
