Recommend a sport or an activity of some sort for me, anything related.

To a work out but that doesn't include too much energy...

To explain, I have a comlicated body, intolerance to fruit and vegetables, low lung capacity and naturally low energy levels...

I try to eat as healthy as possible, I try to work out properly but it so freaking boring!

I want to find a sporty activity that doesn't need that much energy but still works up the body cause I'm young and want to be in shape.

Note: Dancing, pilates, yoga, tenis, golf are not good! Dancing needs to much energy, pilates and yoga are against my beliefs don't get me started there trust me you don't want to hear it, I broke my right shoulder and it didn't heal very well so tennis and golf will not do and other sports that need a lot of arm movement and strenght...

I know it's very complicated but any answer will be welcomed. thank you in advance :)
