Tattoos on scrawny guys?

I have a cousin who got a tattoo on his side, one on his chest, and one on his arm. He thinks they are so cool but I think they look wack. He is in the marines and I am surprised he hasn't gotten on really good shape yet. He is pretty scrawny and kind of chubby. I think he should of waited to get in better shape before he got the tats. What do you guys think about tats on people with unathletic builds? I don't have any yet because I want to bulk up more. Do tats stretch when you gain bulk? Thanks in advance.

I'm sure they stretch depending on how much you were to bulk up. Personally I think they look better on someone with a lot of meat on their bones but that's as much opinion as I have on them. Some people get tattoos because of the meaning of them not because it'll look good lol.

They look better on muscular guys, they only look good on skinny guys if they're going for the whole rocker look (and since they're tattoos it kinda has to be a permanent rocker look).
