The doctor said it has to do with my bone but I don’t believe them I think I have heart problems or something. Like I don’t understand I been having heart burn/ chest pains since I was little. My parents tell me I’m fine. But when it hurts it scares me I think I’m having a heart attack..
A little dramatic for someone to have a heart attack at your age. A heart attack is usually caused by a blockage of plaque in one or all of the 5 vessels of the heart. So unless you are walking in the shoes of Freud who did enough cocaine to kill a horse OR you eating hamburgers and fries for 3 meals a day you have nothing to worry about. My money is on the fact that the spicy food is causing acid from your stomach to travel up your esophagus. That acid burns like you just downed a gallon of battery acid. My suggestion is to limit offending foods. Do not go to bed so soon after you have eaten and if you are overweight try to lose some weight. Go to the store and pick you up some Tums. If you experience those symptoms chew a couple of Tums to see if it helps. If your symptoms are resolved then you know its acid reflex.

Heartburn of pain in chest can be due to many things, usually if you feel this after eating food, it's definitely your stomach acid coming up from stomach causing heartburn, but yeah, just get an ekg done to rule out any heart abnormalities. Although I'm sure it's just heartburn, which also needs treatment.
If I had to guess, Id say your heart doesn't like spicy food. But ask a doctor.

Try not to eat anything spicy and see for a while if you get that pain.
