Can you stand on one leg with your other knee raised up, with eyes closed?

Just joined a new chiropractic gym today to deal with my newly discovered Scoliosis and height shortness. This is one of the exercises, among the 90 minute session.

Stand on one leg, without bending your pelvis, and raise your other leg's knee up high, and then close your eyes. Do not lean your leg against the other leg, use your arms, or have slanted feet that aren't facing forward.

See if you can do it for ten seconds or longer. You may be surprised. Some of you may be able to do it with your eyes open, if you do yoga, martial arts, or already fairly athletic. But can you do it with your eyes closed, especially not facing a mirror?

If you can't do it, you've now got a new potential New Year's goal for 2023. I can do it easily with my eyes open because I did kickboxing and martial arts for a long time and the "crane pose" was one of the warm-up exercises we did often. But with eyes closed? Not a chance!

It's easier for women, due to them having wider pelvises. Especially if they're short (5'6" and under) and have a lower center of gravity.
