This is not really the place for this but out of concern I'm going to ask what kind of self-harm are you doing?
I cut my legs, drink too much and eat too much and make myself throw it up

I wouldn't consider yourself selfish. It's a good thing you actually did it instead of letting your child be burdened by your lack of confidence in being a parent.
This is just my thoughts, even tho you couldn't handle the thought of being pregnant that you now are subconsciously regretting not keeping the baby and when you see child it reminds you you'll never know the one you had.
