The red circle is where it feels stuck/sluggish/foggy/tight/full and the BLUE circle is where im hungry but I’ve eaten so why am i still feeling hungry there?
I woke up feeling like there’s food stuck in my top abdomen (red circle) and it still feels like that. Im hungry but my top abdomen feels tight? When i grab it then it slides out my hand like elastic? I don't know how to explain it lmao. I’ll try to insert a pic and circle where it feels sluggish/stuck/full.
I am in a calorie deficit as well. If it helps
