Today I was in a zoom group and my brain was too tired to focus so I shut off my video during the zoom group. I feel like most of the tiredness is coming from my belly, so maybe it's my body burning belly fat. I think paying attention to things makes me tired, cause when I am typing or texting, I don't get tired, cause nobody is speaking or moving during the interaction.

You still need calories if you are dieting along with vitamins and minerals. It’s healthier to exercise and consume more than you eat than to fast. You risk consuming below your basal metabolic rate, which your brain needs for cognitive function. I remember a rule of thumb that 20% of body heat comes off the head. That is roughly the same amount of calories need for the average healthy man on a 2000 Cal. diet, about 400 Cal. Scales down to about 330 Cal. for the average healthy woman on a scaled 1670 Cal. diet.
Sleep and proper nutrition. Make sure you're not over working out. Stay hydrated.
Possibly something you ate or you didn’t get a good night sleep.
