So I don't think I drink a lot of water cause I always forget to drink it. Yesterday, I installed an app to remind me to drink water, and guess what. I barely drink 1 liter of water per day. Yesterday I drank just 1.2 liters and today just 900 ml.
I know this is not enough but how can I up my intake when it's so hard to drink water? I don't know why but it's just hard and this comes from someone that drinks just water and sometimes coffee.
I tried to look online if my intake was normal and I did a test (the image). I don't think it's actually true cause I would be really dehydrated if I was actually losing so much water and drinking just a little.
Please give me tips on how to up my intake without feeling sick of drinking too much water.

How to stay hydrated
Simple trick
Keep a glass and a glass jug of water with you or a big 1-2 ltr bottle with you whenever you sit in a place for like an hour or 2 for daily social media or Netflix time
Keep your glass full and in your hands
You drink it like wine and fill it up everytime it's empty
As long as you have a glass in your hands
You will automatically take sips every couple of minutes and basically hydrate yourself while resting
Drink carbonated mineral water, it tastes better.
Make fruit spritzers (50:50 fruit juice:carbonated water).
Snack salty fingerfood, it will make you thirsty.
Always keep a bottle of water close to you..
Get an app that send you reminders like every 1 or 2 hours to drink water..
I also dont drink enough, but i do my best to drink 1.4 or 1.5L daily..
