I can only speak for myself. I am a carbohydrate addict. Carbohydrates make me feel good then I feel bad when I don’t eat them. I now don’t eat carbohydrates and I lost 60 pounds. That is what works for me.

I have found that combining a low carbohydrate diet and intermittent fasting has worked pretty well for me. The low carbs helps suppress my appetite so I can fast easily and lose weight.
