this might sound really cliche but avoid sweets, soda & greasy foods (potato chips, french fries, etc)
also you should try eating more fruits & vegetables. everyday would be perfect.
a home remedy that makes my skin glow is making a tomato & cucumber mask. you can find different ways 2 make it online. Its really simple. It worked 4 me when EVERYTHING I tried did absolutely nothing.
u can also use eucalyptus oil as a spot treatment. don't rub it all over & never scrub your skin. I hope this works 4 u. acne can be really funny & what works 4 others might not work 4 u. don't 4get 2 avoid sweets & etc, & watever food usually breaks you out , like 4 example some people breakout when they eat seafood or potato salad.

I took accutane, and honestly, if you just stick through the side effects, you'll be very happy with the results!
I have a friend who used accutane, true it gives dry skin, bad lips, and in her case facial hair. She was also very depressed. But after a year of using it, she has no more acne. In any season. So I think it's just a matter of time, when it comes to accutane.
Another solution is to use face wash, toner, acne serum, and moisturizer:

Also use this twice a week:

These products will not get rid of acne, but decrease it. Also I would have recommended to use only La Praire products but they are too expensive. Dermologica works really well though. Hope I helped ;-)
Accutane works great BUT
be sure you are NOT doing anything stressful for the duration that would exascerbate SUICIDE tendacies - lawyers w/800#s are making money due to this side effect
Other things you can do with or without that drug include:
using flouride toothpaste
NEVER touch your face except with clean gloves/tissue (movie stars claim)
try clorox-based cleaners (same idea expensive cosmetics employ)
you are what you eat ... so would grease be a good idea ... or fruit
fresh cut lemon facial wipe
excercise - swimming would be IDEAL

DRINK WATER. LOTS OF IT.
Water helps clear your skin, and when you are also using those creams at the same time, it'll at least start going away in a week.
Drink several water bottles a day (but use re-usable ones- they are green!)
My rule of thumb is about one every period at school (so about 6-8) a day, and each period is 40 minutes.
So drinking a full bottle of water every hour at work/school should work. Yes, lots of bathroom breaks, but my skin is clear, without any creams.
Hope it works!I have the same issue. Mine started early last summer. I tried some creme stuff but it didn't get rid of it, it only stopped if from spreading. I still have some acne but what has worked for me to get rid of some of it is to NEVER scratch them and wash your face anytime possible. Rinse your face with just plain cool water or find some mild acne face wash. Whatever you want to do. It doesn't go away magically, but if you do what I'm doing, it will stop spreading and it'll just take time for it to go away.
There are numerous treatments which include combination therapy, sometimes combining laser treatment and prescription medicines. Sometimes light therapy and a prescription.
You should visit a dermatologist who specializes in acne treatment. There are different treatments for different diagnoses too. Stronger treatments, for example, are used if you have acne vulgaris. Again I would strongly reccommend a good dermatologist and ask if some form of combination therapy is what you need.I have used it for a while. Accutane is really a good medicine for pimples, however some side effects but medical reports say all the side effects are just temporary. If you use it for a year you will be completely recovered. During medication your lips get dry, eyes get red and skin get dry, but all those are just temporary.
Proactive has been hyped to be good. Tried it already?
