I wanna be sexy! but the problem is : I'm 145 lbs. People who used to be fat, how did you finally take control?

18 years old, 5'4. so I am "average"?!? I'm a small frame, but have some meat

my ideal weight loss would be 20-30 pounds. I would be extraordinarily happy :) but the problem is, I don't have control over my food intake. I eat extremely healthy, and sometimes get to the bad stuff (but sometimes). I have cravings for food and I don't know why! its so frustrating because I want to be thinner

I don't need to know about any ideas there are too many and I've already tried tons! what I need is a lifestyle change but how does one go about that?! how do you guys keep control of your food intake so food does not control you..?

people who used to be overweight and are now (for a long time) have been thin like how they always wanted to be, HOW did you do it? what finally got you to NOT THINK ABOUT FOOD ALL THE TIME!?
