bananna's are good ones, full of sugar that will have a longer lasting affect on your body than say a chocolate bar.
Dairy products are quite good as well. So is something with carbs to replace what you've lost.
I suppose you should just throw all three in and have some weetabix with chopped up bananna and milk.
I personally tend to stick with a whey protein shake.

High enzyme fruits especially papayas and mangos would be my first choice. Easy to digest, high in carbos. Add a little lime juice for flavoring.
banana, apple, fruits in general, make a smoothie using greek yogurt
or a good salad with grilled chicken low sodium I put chickpeas on mine as 'croutons' and only vinegar-olive oil homemade dressing.
Citrus fruits, green tea, bananas, grilled/boiled chicken over a salad, ice cold water. Also a lot of people believe that an apple can give you the same effect as coffee with its natural sugars.
