If I run 3 days a week, 1-3 miles each time, regulate my eating with a 200-500 calorie deficit, will I lose weight? by the way I'm currently 5'6 134lbs. What do you guys think the outcome will be? Any other suggestions? by the way I will be doing ab work every day and lifting weight 3-4 times a week
Muscle mass > Fat mass.
This is where the line between losing weight and getting trim crosses each other. Don't look at your weight unless you're a fatty like me, which you are not. The mirror tells no lies, the scale does.
From what you are doing, yes, you will burn fat, losing weight? Not so sure. Like I stated at the beginning, muscle weighs more than fat.

there's a formula to burning fat and you've got it right. you might not lose weight though because fat might be replaced with muscle.
