Drown yourself in Vitamin C and lots of liquids.
I had tests to take for a job offer and I got miserably sick just a few days before. No appetite, but two days of pretty much nothing but orange juice and sleep made it clear up enough that I could appear professional and presentable for my appointments.
Consider taking some cold medicine to ease your symptoms, as well.
Unfortunately, nobody has figured out how to cure the common cold, it just has to run its course. About all you can do is try to speed it up and take good care of yourself in the meantime.
Still having some problems come Saturday? Keep tissues with you and don't stress too much. Everybody gets sick at some point.
You can also do your makeup to mask the tired/"I feel like crap" look. Stick with warm, natural colors, avoiding pink and smokey eyes. Less is more - don't put on a bunch of foundation, eyeshadow, or eyeliner. Just enough to freshen your color and keep your eyes from looking tired. I recommend going with eyeshadow slightly lighter than your skin tone and a similar shimmer eyeshadow up by your brow bone to make it appear perky with a little waterproof mascara. White eyeliner in the corners of your eyes can also brighten your look. You may find that a very light dusting of bronzer, especially on the apples of your cheeks, will give you a healthy, summery glow.
Some people get very dry skin while they are sick. Remember: moisture, moisture, moisture. Cream blush (just a tiny bit!) and tinted lip balm will also help with that.

You got enough time to recover, don't worry about it, stay a beautiful mood.
Drink more hot water. that will do you good. Eat healthily, less oil and salt.
well have you got a fever? ---If you got it, take the IBUPROFEN GRANULES. It works effectively. (last month, I was suffering the same) If possible , stay in bed with two quilts around u, then you'll sweat the bad out of your body. Have a good rest.
Good luck.
Ifyoure not better in 24 hours, call him and cancel. You won't impress him if you are sick.

I'm in this exact situation. What saelym said is pretty much on point. Drink a ton of water, lots of fruits (I recommend fruit smoothies, easy and quick and very yummy), and tons of sleep. Also, soak your feet in a bowl of hot water. Once the water feels like room temp, add more hot water and repeat for a few rounds and then right away put your feet in really warm socks. This all got rid of my stomach flu (really bad cold + throat included) in 3 days.
Stay hydrated with water, get plenty of vitamin C, and rest. Take cold medicine too. Hot baths/showers can help you feel better as well.
