I don't think not eating is good for you. Maybe just eat less for dinner, rather than skip a meal and only eat special K all day? And I think if you want a flatter tummy, you may need to commit more time effort than three days of not really eating.
I second xondatkushx's suggestion, eat food that's better for you, not less of whatever, and exercise that tummy: Crunches, sit-ups; Look it up, there are probably a lot of ideas if you google it. You get that tummy you want through determination, not by purging and starving yourself for three days.

Between now and Saturday, the only thing that would make a noticeable difference in your tummy is liposuction. I would not recommend that and I do not recommend skipping meals. Eat smarter, and perhaps a little less, but do not skip meals.
No, but what WILL help is more fiber and water rich foods like raw veggies and oatmeal, and cutting out sugar (fruit is fine). And drink enough water. Avoid white flour.
Refined carbs make you hold water and bloat your tummy.
Also, don't eat super salty things like doritos.
Skipping dinner is a bad idea. Your body goes into a "fasting" state overnight so not eating dinner and/or breakfast will just make you crave food (especially unhealthy foods) even more.
Eat healthy and go for a large dose of cardio, but don't skip meals.
