The nutrition contents of human milk is not to different from cows milk. There are slight differences in amount of lactose and protein but it is close. Humans don't produce as much milk as cows though. The market for cow milk is already established and humans like it. What's the big deal? Why do you hate on people for eating things that their body obviously is able to digest?
I just throw this out there for you since you seem to be under some delusion that people are meant to only eat plants. Humans do not have any enzyme within their body that can break down beta glycosidic bond. This is the reason that we can't digest cellulose. In fact Cows don't even have the necessary enzymes, but they have multiple stomachs where they need to keep symbiotic bacteria to assist them in the process of breaking down those bonds.
If we were meant to only eat plants don't you think we would have evolved some way to digest cellulose? I know you have hard opinion, but they are illogical and go against what science shows us...
Open a text book some time. The very fact that the lactose mutation hasn't hit the entire species yet is proof that it's a recent evolutionary advantage.

Approximately 33% of all plant matter is cellulose... That should kind of tell you something.
Yes
We evolved to.
we did not
