Basically, my diet has been eating one small meal at like 8PM(when they used to show Girlfriend lol) and just living off of water, greentea and peppermint tea. I run for one hour every morning when I wake up also. Right now I'm trying to eat SpecialK Cinnamon Pecan cereal with milk but I honestly feel like barfing. I can't eat it, so I'm basically wasting cereal.
How long does it take the body to adjust? Is this the result of my diet? I feel like barfing, I honestly don't even want to eat
