if you want to gain healthy weight, you'll always wanna do it with an added regimen of exercise.
i always stay away from POLY-saturated//unsaturated fats. I shy away from MONO-saturated fats; MONO-unsaturated fats aren't tooo bad for you (moderation).
Fats are essential to gaining healthy weight and building muscle (thats why I specified which kinds).
Protein is also extremely essential and if you do go out of your way to eat more protein YOU HAVE TO EXERCISE more & you need to raise the amount of fiber you inttake. Because protein with low fiber in a diet is very hard to digest and somewhat difficult on your colon.
I always worry about getting my exercising routine down first, once I have that I usually go on a 3 day food cycle.
No meat one day
Chicken/tofu/etc (with other food-fruits/vegs of course) one day
Steak-type meat (with other food-fruits/vegs of course) one day
If you do that I guarantee you get in better shape and your digestion/stomach will feel better, and your core will tighten up
eating fruits is a great way to eat little but provide high energy.
drinking extra milk will most definitely add some weight lol
are you trying to gain muscle or fat?
if fat, lots of carbs.
if muscle, lots of calories and maybe more protein.
try 6 meals a day.
If you're not hungry, its probably because the foods just aren't tasty enough to you. Find foods you LOVE and have lots of variety. Put foods around where you can see them all the time. Watch videos of yummy foods, and nibble on things to stimulate your appetite.
Put extra food on your plate and use bigger plates, it's been shown that people will eat more when there's more food on the plate.
Try drinking some calories. Make some chocolate milk with milk that has some fat in it, have a boba tea, or find other drinks with calories that you enjoy.
The more energy you exert the hungrier you will become. So exercise like running takes a lot out of you or just try to build muscle if it is weight you are after because muscle weighs more than fat.
