i have been a vegan for about 8 years and I was enjoying it but later I needed to build muscles so I continued my vegan devotion eating every healthy beans,legumes,brown rice,oats,soy and some veg supplements like brown rice protein,pea protein and many more during my 5 years of bodybuilding followed by a good workout regime under supervision ...but I was unable to get nice definitions and bulging biceps and pecs ...i also had gone to a vegan nutritionist followed her instructions but in vain...now I adopted a temporary non veg diet and it has been 6 months and I can see astonishing changes...how is this happening ...i was a staunch supporter of veganism but I failed :-(

its good and noble but if your into bodybuilding and that too serious one just be careful with vegan diet you may or may not get what you want
