I already am quite strong and plan to lift about 4-5 times a week. current max on bench is 245 and squat is 325. I was planning on doing a lot of core exercises like push-ups, bear crawls and other body weight exercises on days I don't lift. I was going to walk about 3 miles a day everyday to help and do inclined sprints to keep in shape.
Diet is probably going to be the hardest for me, but I am going to try and cut out as much carbs and crap food as possible.
Otherwise I was thinking about doing kickboxing aerobics to keep in shape and lose some weight.
Anybody have anything to help?
