I've been a vege all my life but I have thyroid issues so I've gained weight. I love working out so I think I have that under control. I have an issue with nutrition though, I don't think I eat enough (as monitoring my calories has suggested). I'm trying to eat more protein, I'm eating a lot of lentils, chickpeas and tofu...and trying to incorporate protein into my meal.
Side note: Need to loose 25 lbs. and I'll be at my goal weight of 145 lbs at 5 feet 6 inch height.
