#1 there is nothing wrong with your weight. Perfectly healthy. Don't try to lose weight so quickly. In theory, you can lose the weight by summer but I'm almost positive you would gain it all back. The most important thing to so when you decide to lose weight is to determine whether or not it is something you can do long term. You don't need to be miserable... I lost 39 pounds and have maintained this weight loss for two years so far. I wanted to be 120 SO bad because that was my favorite weight in high school. I am your height and 130, but wear a smaller size than I did when I was 120 or even 115.
After a while, you start to realize that you could get to your 120 but still not be happy with your body when you get there. Because of your current healthy weight I wouldn't suggest putting all of your stock in a number. You will realize it's irrelevant. Look into weight training and maybe give it a whirl. Believe it or not, this will give you the "tone" that most gals are looking for and you will be able to eat more AND look good . At this rate, you're only setting yourself up for long term failure.
Weight loss is not a race and there is no quick fix with good results. Don't punish yourself. Find a way to do it slowly and enjoy it! It's a lifestyle change and I'd you look at this way, by summer you could maybe have only lost five pounds but be SO HAPPY with yourself because of all of the changes you have made.
Treat yourself better, you're worth it. :)

By eating fewer than 1200 calories you actually can GAIN weight, because your body will not let go of a SINGLE calorie as it is in survival mode ( you need this minimum for proper brain function). Not to mention what weight you lose is your muscle depleting. Without muscle you lose metablolism momentum and just sabotage from all angles (beside the problems with anorexia like growing body hair, losing hair on your head, brittle nails, and the longer it goes problems with organs and such). The best way to lose weight is to concentrate on muscle growth by building it which burns calories and fat. Strength training, cardio, proper diet, and protein will help.
You are putting your body into starvation mode, you need to train for an hour a day, 3 times a week, and eat clean, and about 1500 calories a day, don't eat junk food, eat chicken and plenty of veg, stick to a training routine for about 6 weeks, you will lose more than 16 pounds by summer, and your body will be tonned. Eat at least 3 times a day, cut out carbs unless its before a workout, don't eat anything white, ie bread, pasta, potatoe, etc, go brown on everything, but eat loads of veg. chicken is protein and won't be stored as fat, so eat lots of that. Try it for 6 weeks, and then see how you look and feel, good luck,x
You're not eating enough calories. Eating that little can really screw your metabolism. You'd be surprised how many calories you can eat and still manage to lose 2/lbs a week. Notice I said per week, don't expect results overnight.

I read this wrong. I thought you said you wanted to go from 136 to 134 and I was about to say you're failing at math.
If you lost 4 lbs a month it'd take 4 months. And it's recommended that you lose no more than 2 lbs a week, so 8 weeks at a minimum.
No, your plan will not work.
To lose weight you need to do 45-60 minutes of cardio 5-6 days a week and strength training only 2-3 days a week.
You should also be eating around 1200 calories a day. Eating 800 calories and exercising will only lead you to overeating and ruining your 'hard' work.
Increase your cardio, increase your calories and eat healthier. No liquid calories (sodas, fruit juices) and try to limit fast food to no more than once a week.get you calories up to 1200. But most importantly for cardio, RAMP up the INTENSITY. Go on the treadmill, walk for the first couple of minutes at like the speed of 2.5, and then ramp up the treadmill speed to like 7.0 and run a mile, turn it down to 2.5 rest for 3.0, then run another mile. If you ain't sweatin, you ain't workin! Not a glaze of sweat, but their better be distinct beads of sweat coming down your forehead. Burn those calories, get motivated!
You really should eat at least 1200 calories a day. If you ate healthy food totaling that many calories and did the exercises you said, then you will probably be able to lose that before summer. It's not a guarantee though because people can plateau at a certain weight for months.
I would do an hour a day (5 times a week) or cardio workouts. However I would focus more on the performance. Try and focus on the serving size to how much total carb., protein, and fat your intaking for your daily value.
1. You're not eating enough. Minimum of 1200 if sedentary. More like 1600 if as active as you are.
2. Depending on your natural frame type your goal may not be realistic.
Why are you so attached to that number, 120?More cardio. Shoot for one full hour.
Try to put in some type of circuit training into your strength program to burn more calories and build a tighter body.Exercise and eat less. Drink water no soda
