I need to lose 16 pounds by summer.

I am 5'4 and currently weight 136 or sometimes 134. I want to get down to my goal weight 120lbs but I don't know if my work. It is helping me. I do cardio 20 min everyday and then I do strength training. I'm going to do 30 min now and still strength train. My diet consists of eating less that 800 calories or less. Well this work for me?
