Is a day off okay? I feel a little bloated because of eating other things that I normally do :(
Is a day off from a diet a 'bad' thing?

You will be fine. Just keep doing what you are doing, keep eating well, exercising and you will see continued results. Banning food that you enjoy forever is not sustainable. You have to treat yourself once in a while.
So don't feel bad. You need to have a break once in a while and indulge. Just be sure to get back on track and don't hurt your result by indulging too much. A bit of bloating after eating something sweet is normal. After a day or so the bloating will be gone.
It's totally fine, you won't gain back weight over one dessert. Most diet plans have a cheat day anyways. You just had a cheat dessert =P
I think diets are fucking stupid. If you have to restrict your calories to be thin, you're either A) not eating clean enough foods, or B) not exercising enough.
My guess is you're not actually eating "clean". Losing weight is not complicated. You just need to burn more energy than you take in. People just make it hard because they refuse to give up shitty foods like fastfood, soda, candy, and greasy meats
Not at all. One day won't do anything negative to you. Taking a break is good from time-to-time. Don't get too deep into a habit no matter if it's on the healthy side or not. You need variety. Don't just stick to the same or one kind of food at all times.

dont think of it in terms of day to day or you will NEVER reach your goal. you work hard and have a goal in mind? its OKAY to treat yourself, it'll only motivate you more.. just don't get too carried away. :)
Lets define the word " Diet " first of all - ..foods you normally eat.
When someone says, I'm on a diet, that makes no sense !... everyone is on a diet of some sort.
Let me make this real simple: If energy in does not equal energy out, you will get fat ok.
if you want to lose some weight : Cut down energy intake, increase energy output ! ... it is really simple science.
Rest is just as important as exercise.
If you body is abnormally sore and worn out, listen to your body and take a day off.
You gotta live a little; an occasional dessert isn't so bad!
There's actually a lot of people that dedicate one day of their week to "cheating." Some agree with it, and some don't. They call them "cheat days."
Yes, everyone deserves a dessert every now and then. Restricting yourself all the time is no way to live.
From my experience, you will probably feel a lot more sane if you treat yourself every once in a while, if you are running that much, your body could do with some refined carbs to store up for your next run :)
From what I've heard from trainers and nutritionists no
Yes it is fine.
